Bringing heaven to earth by learning, living and loving the Way of Jesus

The freedom programme is a 12 week programme for women, that aims to build self confidence and helps you learn how to understand and identify negative patterns in your relationship.

This programme identifies the tactics abusers use, the beliefs held by abusers, and the effects that domestic abuse can have on women and children. The Freedom Programme is for women who have experience of domestic abuse, be it in their personal or professional lives.

Each session is entirely confidential, and you can contribute as much, or as little, of your own thoughts and experiences as you like.

The programme looks at the personas of 'The Dominator' and the effects that each one have on us. These personas include: The Bully; The Headworker; The Jailer; The Liar; The Bad Father; The King of the Castle; The Sexual Controller; and The Persuader.

The programme is free and childcare is available.

We do not have dates in place yet for the next upcoming freedom programme, however should you be interested give us a call or drop us a line.

What people have said about the Freedom Programme:

"Amazing and inspirational women in the group and especially Maureen and Dorlisa. Only one hour to attend, no pressure to attend or talk out loud. It was enjoyable as well as informative."

"I thought the structure of the programme was good and how each week we discussed one issue. For me the first session was the most reflective when I heard the message about power and control."

"Very empowering women. Blown away by these women."

"Both Dorlisa and Maureen both give very accomplished
performances as facilitators."

"Without having come to the FP I would never have managed to pull myself back. Thank you so much!!"

"I would like to thank Maureen and Dorlisa for their excellent
and professional approach but also for bringing
an element of fun into the programme."
